Luxury Real Estate

In my role as VP of Strategy & Business Development, I worked across all of NCI's verticals, including luxury real estate. The rather simple presentation on this page, circa 2006, was part of an effort to get our mass market brand (The Real Estate Book) and luxury brand (Unique Homes) to work together. This was a a "united we stand, divided we fall" situation. Ultimately I was successful in building a luxury real estate website under the Unique Homes brand that had seven times more listings from The Real Estate Book advertisers than it had from Unique Homes advertisers.
